In recent days, many have been critical of Nintendo's marketing factor of Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. Metroid Prime 3, which comes out in two weeks in North America, is one of the biggest releases for the Wii this year, or ever for that matter. The fact that we are this close to Metroid's release and there is still so little hype, suggests that Nintendo is brushing off Metroid Prime 3 in favor of marketing more recognizable titles like Super Mario Galaxy or Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
While on Friday we obviously got a wake up call from Nintendo, there still doesn't seem to be nearly enough buzz on Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. So, in that case, do you think that Metroid Prime 3 is being hyped sufficiently? Or, like IGN, do you think that Nintendo is doing a horrible job of marketing this possible masterpiece?
