Does Night have a chance in being in SSBB?

I just wanted to see what you guys thought, since sega announce that a new Night game is coming to the wii a few week ago. You guys should know I never played the one on genesis but It seem like Interesting game on top of that I was thinking wouldn't It be cool to have a jester looking character in Brawl, since that would be kind of unique If I don't say so myself.  

For a character to be in SSBB it has to have been on a Nintendo console already. NiGHTS is headed to Wii, but I doubt it will be release before SSBB. And I don't think enought people know about it to have it in the game.bededog

How about Mr. Game and Watch? I don't think he was so well-known, as far as gamers of the more recent generations go.

At this point, I think anything is possible. Somehow, though, I don't think that Nintendo is going to surprise us with a new character much more than Snake already has. I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you. ;)

The name is NiGHTS, not Night. And he appeared on the Saturn, not the Genesis.

That being said, I don't believe at all he will be in Brawl. Indeed, hes cool and all, but IF SEGA let's one of their characters in, I think Sonic would have the higher odds.

Rofl, it appears that I made the same typo as Serbine did in his original post! Go figure. :lol:

But I agree with Majura, there are only a certain number of spots that can be filled for the character selection in SSBB. If Sega were to choose a character to put into SSBB, I think they (and the popularion) would rather have Sonic than another, lesser-known character.
