What would yours be like?

Mine would be a sports channel where it shows all the headlines and plays back highlight reels of my favorite teams (which I would select) iincluding all sports, I think that do-able.

I want a music channel. You can play music while watching a slide show in the photo channel but I want a dedicated channel to music. And I think we need a channel for VC games. That way we can organized them and not take as many channels.

I think they should add a new channel whose sole purpose is to get Nintendo in touch with it's public. First they can put any new announcements, trailers, etc. and then have the fans respond. This kind of back and forth would be great and would really help Nintendo move in the right direction with the Wii. Also it would be especially great if developers came on and asked what we wanted for new games. I mean the games are being made for us, so it would seem like an obvious move to listen to what we had to say in making them. Imagine you can come up with new weapons for the next Zelda or new multiplayer modes for Smash Bros. how sweet would that be.

How about a Miispace ? much like Myspace, but then on Wii. Would be way easier to find friendcodes that way, and perhaps even fun in a way MySpace never was

I don't think Nintendo would be willing to do that, the anti-stranger thing Nintendo has is the reason we have friend codes in the first place. I'd like to see what that new Mii Channel Miyamoto mentioned at GDC is though.

Maybe a Music Channel would work. You would insert your CD into the Wii and Copy the Music off the CD on the Wii Memory System or simply just listen to the music while the CD is inserted.

I doubt the Wii can play CDs without a hardware upgrade, but if they could and they were your CDs that you paid for legally I see no problem with it. I also think it would be great if you could play DVDs but that probably wouldn't work either. It would save a lot of space without my DVD player.
