Each year a slew of games come out that convince you that they are top notch games. The games below are just that. But, with the help of your opinions, we can determine which of these games in these multiple categories are the best of their genres for the year. This of course includes the official Evolution of Nintendo Union Game of the Year. Which games will take home the gold? We'll let you decide!

• :lol: It wouldn't make sense to give anyone else the Wii GoTY if Super Mario Galaxy just got GoTY.

The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass

• I don't own it, but I did play it for about an hour over my buddy's house. It definitely is one of funniest DS games.

Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition

• It's the greatest game ever made, it only got better when It came to the Wii. It doesn't get any better then popping Zombies heads off while actually aiming at they're head. The way you can actually just slash the WiiMote and Leon slash his knife is just a huge improvement, esp. reloading also.

Pokemon Diamond and Pearl

• I was tempted to vote for this game for DS GoTY, but LoZ: PH deserved it. This game definitely deserves Best RPG, unlike those other RPGs on the list, you can freely roam the country through snow, deserts, forests, anywhere and that's one of the greatest parts of this RPG ... exploration to find new and powerful Pokemon to Level up!

Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles

• I know most of you's would like to disagree and since I'm a huge RE fan, you'd say that's why I'm voting for RE:UC. But the truth is, the graphics are about the only thing going for this game ... really. Super Mario Galaxy has stunning visuals, but at the same time, it's just a cartoonish look. MP3:C has stunning graphics, but when it actually comes to realistic and real to life visuals and graphics ... Resident Evil gets it donr. RE:UC has the best graphics in the whole series in my opinion!

Cooking Mama 2

• This game looks like a good old time!

Mario Strikers Charged

• Madden this Madden that ... It's an okay game. It's multiplatformer, I voted Mario Strikers Charged, because of it's Wifi, plus I played it over my friends house for about 4 hours with him and it was so much fun. A Great spin off to the Mario Franchise.

Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock

• Theres nothing like rockin' out against aother person across the country. I figure Mario Strikers Charged will win the Best Sport Game, so I'd like to see this game win. I like to spread the games around, rather seeing one game win 6 awards ... Thats boring.

WarioWare: Smooth Moves

• I think that game thought of about every possibility w/ the WiiMote :lol:.

MySims

• This game sucks, theres really no point to it at all :lol:. Soulcalibor looks like a rip off of Devil May Cry, Pokemon Revolution isn't that all bad ... a game only Pokemon lovers can play, and Boogie actually looks fun, but again it didn't play it.

Well, that's it for me, I tried to spread the winners out rather than having LoZ and Super Mario Galaxy win like 4 awards each. I'd like to see a fair share of winners.

I love this union -- I can always come back and find something new, even when I least expect it -- a job well done yet again, Leb and Rev. It's things like this that just make me want to keep coming back here -- anyways... here're my votes.
