RULES:
1. One user can submit a maximum of 4 banner images for this competition.
2. The deadline for submission will be 15TH OCTOBER OF 2009.
3. During every voting event/stage, only one vote per member is taken into account.
4. All published results are final,all appeals / complaints will be ignored.
5. All submitted images must be made by the participating user. Any infringement of other users' copyright will be dealt with severely.
6. The pictures in the submitted banner images can only consist of pictures that are related to Final Fantasy.
7. All banners must have words to represent the Final Fantasy Fans Union. e.g. "The Final Fantasy Fans Union, Final Fantasy Fans Union, etc.
8. All Entries should match the size 760 x 140 pixels in size, but there is no limit to how large the file size can be, just try to do it below 1Mb if you can.
9. The images submitted can be of any graphically readable format. (e.g. JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP)
