Yer 10 is in my fav list Got few reason why I like 10 My top resons is I relate more to the story in ten that any other that FF I played also I liked the the sphere grid system and with out ten there wouldn't been an X-2.
it is probably my second favourite ff game as i didn't really like 8 or 9 mostly becase of the characters but 10 had story and the characters i really liked it mostly because of kimahri and auron but i could have done without tidus' annoying voice :(
10 rates quite low on my table, as it just doesnt hold to much depth like the others, and is pretty annoying. One of only FF's I hate going through the whole thing in one go.
The characters are alrite, and the story has its points, but it doesnt hold up to such games as 6,7 and 9.
Talking strictly about the FF series, I must say X is my second favourite. But the reason it beats VII and a few others is because it was the first one for the next gen system. PS2 brought so much to the FF series. Graphics, voices, less discs to worry about. I just loved it. But sorry, hats off to FF IX (for right now at least) current FF champion of my heart lol.
yea i loved FFX because it was my first FF game i played when i first got my PS2 see i never got the PS1 so now my top 2 favorites are FFX & FFVII, i liked X cause of the story and the battle system. Got to love Final Fantasy!:D
FFX was too easy. I beat bonus dungeons before final boss. I traded it it was so easy. Tidus did 9999 damage to Ultima Weapon with normal hits. Used the six hit overdrive, beat the boss in 2 mor hits at 5000 from Yuna with Fira. WAY TO EASY. It was fun though. But, FFVII tops all.
FF10 was pretty hard for me, maybe b/c I flee'd from most of the battles and didn't get required lvls for the bosses lololol.. I played thru half the game, got stuck on a boss and noticed it was because I had been doing the sphere grid all wrong.. Still my favorite FF though, as well as first played..
well theres just alot more features in this game that differs alot more compared to the others. Firstly the graphics have improved immensly but you get quite alot of cut-scenes and FMV's which kinda involve you quite alot while playing the game. The battle is system is non-other then the greatest gift ever. Instead of having to put alot of stress into thinking what action you do before the enemy attacks, the battle system just runs the way you want it so it shows which character will have its turn depending on his/her agility.
I liked the Sphere grid system too, very creative and unique. In the end you can get all your charcters to fill the whole sphere grid but right from the start and up to the middle of the game there's a chance of you custosmizing your character in ordering to take which certain root on the grid that gives them different attribute's which can increase them to a certain extent. It really is quite a huge puzzle you can play with. However i was only a bit disappointed that the game was so short.
But overall its the best ive ever had to experienced! What best is the fact that they have real life actors to play as all the main characters and act them out! It truely is amazing no doubt about it.
I can definetly see why FFX is a fav for most people( it was voted the most fav game in japan through a poll in Famitsu) It's like the "Titanic" movie of the gaming industry.
However... I'm afraid to say I am not one of them. It might have been so if it wasn't for the crazy amount of random battles.... I can barely get a few steps each time in later stages before my television screen goes *crack*.
