Final Fantasy XIII: Now on Xbox 360

So Final Fantasy XIII is coming out on Xbox 360 now. Here's a link now in case you don't believe me:

Aaaah! I wonder what Sony is thinking. If they don't have a VII remake for me tomorrow, I will almost concider to sell my PS3. I'm pissed.

Okey, I won't sell my PS3, and not sure if I will even a X360. But I'm still pissed. How could Sony let this happend!?

This doesn't really bother me, actually, but then again, I do not have a 360 or PS3, so really it just makes me want to consider getting a 360 over a PS3...

There still releasing it for PS3 aren't they? Even though it's not exclusive anymore for PS3 it will still be on shelves on the same date with the 360.

10 years with nintendo, 10 years with sony, and the reason for the shift was because of the PS1 hardware and what it allowed them to do with FFVII. FF sales skyrocketed since that game and all mainline FF games on the playstation platforms have been massively successful. If it ain't broke, don't fix it SE.

the move to 360 is purely about money. Nomura has nothing but praise for PS3 and what they've been able to do. 360 will give no benefit to this game on the hardware sid. we can only hope that the PS3 version doesn't suffer because of it.

M$ obviously waved a bunch of cash in their faces and Wada folded. Maybe he should hang out with Konami and Kojima so that maybe some of their dignity might rub off on him. I think SE needs a new president and Wada can go become manager at some big stock brokerage firm where money is all that matters and passion is unheard of.

Extremely pointless ideology to only follow one company.

This doesn't really bother me, actually, but then again, I do not have a 360 or PS3, so really it just makes me want to consider getting a 360 over a PS3...

To be honest, I'm not really bothered by this since I'm a proud 360 owner...I do, however, feel REALLY bad for Sony. I mean, let's face it, the survival of the PS3 hinged the exclusitvity of three particular games: MGS4 (which did stay exclusive), KH3 and FFXIII. Granted, MGS4 did a LOT for the sales of the PS3, and every gamer, myself included, believed that FFXIII would help it even more...if it stayed exclusive. Nonetheless, I still hope that the PS3 can manage some decent sales off of this. I'm not a real big fan of Sony, but I'd like to see them rely more on the PS3 than the PS2 (even though I have one and love it to death :P )PyreofKoL

I don't hold anything against sony, it was a decision by square-enix to either make more money through sales or because ms offered them a bag of cast bigger than sony could to keep it exclusive the problems being it was said to be exclusive to sony which doesn't do anything for square-enix image and also I feel that theres a possibility the game could suffer from less development attention and rather than push the boat on both systems it's going to be scaled down so it works on both with minimal effort not taking full advantage of either.

Also people thinking it was an exclusive may have purchased a ps3 with this game in mind which is why they would be angry why pay 300 pounds to play games you want when you can play the same games on a system over 100 cheaper.

Well, I am definetely getting a 360 now, instead of a PS3...

Honestly, they haven't had nearly as many games for the PS3 to gain the status needed to make the PS3 truly popular. The PS2 kept getting smash hit after smash it. PS3 has really truly only had MGS4. Granted, Ratchet and Clank for the PS3 was good, but it still didn't creat the phenominal buzz that games like Super Smash Bros Brawl or Halo 3 did. PS3 needs more games that create a lot of buzz and that, like MGS4, live up to the hype.
