Kinetic-Core will be points master for this round, due to a change of points system.
Voters will be required to give both characters a score. The definition of "Good" and "Better" is definitely in accordance of what you think it is. No guildelines, no influence, no right or wrong. It is all up to you to give any score to both characters. You are required to give BOTH characters a score.
Points Allocation Balance:

You can choose to award Reina Charlotte Tycoon with:
5 pts - Reina definitely wins! Ashe is nowhere compared to Reina.
4 pts - Reina is so much better than Ashe.
3 pts - Hmm... I can't really choose. They're both as good...
2 pts - Come on, Reina can't beat Ashe that easily!
1 pts - Reina?? Don't make me laugh... Ashe is 10 times the woman Reina is.
You can choose to award Ashe Vanalgan Dalmasca with:
5 pts - Ashe definitely wins! Reina is nowhere compared to Ashe.
4 pts - Ashe is so much better than Reina.
3 pts - Hmm... I can't really choose. They're both as good...
2 pts - Come on, Yuna can't beat Reina that easily!
1 pts - Ashe?? Don't make me laugh... Reina is 10 times the woman Ashe is.
This is how an example of a voter's post should be like:
EXAMPLE:
Ashe : Grade C | Reina : Grade C- I can't really distinguish the better or the worse one. I have to say they're both as good.
In the case of choosing variable pts for a single character, the other character must be given the extreme lowest of the points system. Please refer to the Points Allocation Balance. [above]
EXAMPLE: Ashe : 4 pts | Reina : 2 pts
