Descriptions for this round's nominees are as follow:
Yuna
Description:
Yuna is a summoner of Spira, a vocation held in high regard by the people. Her role fits the White mage/Cleric role in the party, and is the sole person who is capable of summoning magical entities, the Aeons. She is the daughter of High Summoner Braska and she has chosen the same path as her father did, to defeat Sin in order to bring about TheCalm, despite knowing the fact that she has to make certain sacrifices. One of her eyes is green, the other is a tad blue, showing her birth origins. Her mother was an Al Bhed, while her father was a follower of Yevon. Yuna is a highly determined individual, who tends to hide her personal feelings, sadness or anything else, just to portray the look of a highly committed Summoner who holds the tremendous responsibility of bringing peace to the people. We see a remarkable change in her in Final Fantasy X-2, a direct sequel to the events of Final Fantasy X. She became more cheerful and is allowed to live a rather carefree life as a Sphere Hunter, as part of a group called the GullWings. Yuna's primary dressphere is the Gunner Dressphere in FFX-2.
Rikku
Description:
Rikku is Yuna's first cousin, and is part of the Al Bhed. Rikku's character class would have to be the Thief, similar to those of earlier Final Fantasy titles. Rikku desperately tried to sought a different way for her cousin's pilgrimage, just so that Yuna doesn't need to sacrifice [whatever she needs to sacrifice]. Rikku followed into Final Fantasy X-2 as the person who "instigated" Yuna's departure from Besaid Island to go on a Sphere-Hunting adventure, where Rikku's primary dressphere would have to be, well, the Thief Dressphere.
Lulu
Description:
Lulu is the guardian of Summoner Yuna. Much like an elder sister to Yuna, Lulu displays consistent affection and concern over Yuna's personal feelings. Lulu and be quite gloomy and blunt, but is in fact a very kind-hearted person. Lulu's primary weapons would have to be "dolls", which take the form of Moogles, Cactuars and other "things". She was extremely skeptical about Tidus' participation in Yuna's pilgrimage, but eventually accepts his presence, meanwhile, telling Tidus what he needs to know about this "strange new world". Lulu was involved in a relationship with Wakka's brother, Chappu, and his death hurted her deeply. Eventually, Lulu did get married to Wakka, as seen in Final Fantasy X-2.
Paine [ from Final Fantasy X-2 ]
Description:
Paine appeared only in Final Fantasy X's direct sequel, Final Fantasy X-2. She was initially the recorder for the Crimson Squad, but later joined theGullWings, perhaps due to the fact that she had always wanted to travel on an airship. Paine is one of the few who survived a final field exercise held for the Crimson Squad, along with Nooj, Baralai and Gippal. Her primary dressphere is the Warrior dressphere, which poses her tough personality, and physical attributes, but deep inside, she bears the mission of finding her friends and the reasons behind the eventaul separation from all her friends.
