Nomura + Matsuno [Politics + Love]

As political as Final Fantasy Tactics. As lovely as Final Fantasy VIII.

Would it be THE game for us all?

To me, the best ever is to put Nomura with Matsuno under one title. Love+Politics=Best FF Ever!

I think Nomura can write great love stories, while Matsuno, is THE master with politics..

Well to the actual topic. HUH!?!? I do not know who Matsuno is. But, whoever that is they rock!8) And yes Nomura and this Matsuno should do a game together. We also need Nobou back. He is my favorite composer. I do not know many soooo..... anyway love and politics are two things I suck at. So I better never make a FF game. Although... I am good at righting action intensive battle scenes.:D

you know, i have to agree with fs_metal with his insight to the recent FFs. FFXII is great, and he thinks so too. And it's really a giant step ahead from FFVII onwards. We can't really deny that FF has gone down, if not by a lot, after FFVI. I seriously think FFVI was THE final fantasy. BUT, nonetheless, the recent FFs also have what it's great for. Yeah, he may not like ATB heh? But, sure, ADB did keep him in again. And really, Matsuno, is someone everyone should know about. He always make it a point to make it "non-simple", simple as that. FFXII is a Matsuno story. And, it's amazing, once again.kinetic-core

You strike me as a FF fanboy. Tell me. Do you play Dragon Quest? Have you played Vagrant Story or Xenogears? Chrono Trigger? Anything either Shin Megami Tensei or Megami Tensei? Maybe Ultima? Diablo? Baulders Gate? Well?

ha....who gives a damn, FF is just a good series, personally i have played alot of pathetic FFs mostly IV and IX ....It is all based on yor preferance, and theory of wht FF should be, however their is no apparent trend that the FF are getting worse, since their is no real pattern in the games,

everyone favors certain portions of the Final Fantasy series based on their own idealisms within games, we have to learn to respect one another and stop trolling......this goes for X-7 (or w.e ur name was lol)

Some of your stuff was a little anti-FF. Thanks for some of the info, I did not know some of it. And that thing about the other RPG's? I do play a lot of RPG's like KOTOR 2 and various action RPG's like TES and Castlevania. Some of the games you named, such as DQ, I am not interested in, but I would like to play Baldurs Gate and Diablo. Sorry, guess this was just a big misunderstanding. I do not think that I could imagine a political love story from ff, it seems like an oxymoron. I think that if they did do it however, something would be lacking, either the love story or the political aspect of it, in order to fit everything together.

hmm.. yeah that might be true. Politics and love may not mix after all. But, if it can somehow click! That'll be great. AND Yes, I believe the flamage should stop too. But think about it? Truly, truly, truly..... don't you think that the original titles are always better than titles that follows? I'm speaking of all things in general. Matrix was good. Matrix Revolutions [3rd incarnation] was horrendous. Not saying anything, but some older FFs are definitely better than the recent FFs. But, FFXII made the franchise back on track again. :D Goodkinetic-core

You seem to miss the point "good" is based on perspective and personal taste....what is good too one person may not be good to another
