Sometimes, when i know i'm going to reach some boring part, i get really restless. Sometimes, when i know that the next scene is so wonderful, i anticipate it so much. Mixed feelings, i guess. How about you? Hyper-excited throughout? Or, just plain "killing boredom" kind of feeling?
I get very anxoius to get to some parts! to hear some cool music (i know i can d/l it, but its better in the game). i try to run the boring parts. I also get hyper when watching a coll CG. But in the end... i get sad... and a bit depressed because the game ended (this is usually the first time i play through them though). So i guess mixed feallings too ^^.
Except for DoC my excitement turned to annoyance at the endless cut scenes that kept breaking in where I should have been able to keep playing. I actually got pissed at FF for the first time once. I did end up enjoying the game but it could have been much better than it was. Usually I run the entire gamut of emotions and live with the characters, especially true for VII,VIII,X ,X-2 and to a lesser extent V. I expect FF XII to be just as big an emotional roller coaster ride as the others.
Well, i have a problem with the boring parts. When i come to a boring part in a FF game i play and play just to get out of it and i are so exited to se a cool scene or something. But than i come to a cool scene and wamm, i need to play more and more and more. That way i can do a game in 4days:S It's sick:(
When I was replaying FFX, I felt so much dramatic irony, just like the other characters did about Tidus. I knew that he was going to "die" in the end, and he thought that Yuna was going to die.
