~What's The Most Abysmal Final Fantasy Game?~

FFXI didn't feel like a real FF for me, because it didn't even have the "GREAT STORY" aspect...

Abyssmal? I don't think any FF was ever abyssmal compared to other games. But if i were to choose the most abyssmal among all FF games... it had to be Mystic Quest. :roll: I just didn't get into it... Nor did Crystal Chronicles (probably next in rank)

I highly agree with Dear Lady here... and with the games too.. I had Mystic Quest but I cant get in the game and after it Crystal Chronicles

It might be nostalgia, but each FF game is slightly worse than the last, for me anyways. So the next FF has my vote for the most abysmal.garbled

By that logic, FFII would be better than FFIV, FFVI, FFVII, FFIX, and FFX! :shock:

FFII has a weird way of leveling up your characters, has horrible music, and very uninterestingdbz987

Kinda how I feel. Music wasn't that great, and the story wasn't anything impressive (not it's fault though, since it is a very old, classic game). FFII was alright, but nothing special.

I liked FFII too :P... though I was never able to level up the fourth character, as the other players, cause of the level up system :P

Final Fantasy X-2

I'm not okay with female characters, especially when they come out with some "girlpower!" thing. Somehow the whole game seemed to be a little off of the series, even that I have to admit that I had some good time with couple side quests.

Final Fantasy IX was a fine game, really, but somehow I just couldn't live with the story or understand the characters, like usually when playing FF. I'm not rating it as a bad game, not at all. Just not that catchy.

I never judge the game with something I have heard, I always read the back of the game and if it sounds good, I'll buy it. And they have been good, everytime.

When I listened to people and bought Devil May Cry 3...

I still regret it. Waste of time and money.

No, I can't understand why everybody are so excited about DMC:s :/ A short movie clip with not-so-good graphics and then let's start killing demons. Somehow the whole appearence looks like...cheap. But that is just my opinion...
