omnislash becouse it looks really cool but its to strong with my game i did 9999 damage all the time with cloud imagine how sick damage the enemy gets!!
Well i have to say i love tidus' last limit break. With the blitzball in the end:) It ain't flashy and all and so cool! But it's just something nice`:)
I liked Tifas limits when they actually worked. With Dolphins, the lifts, the water from her feet in teh waterkick all of it. I wouldn't say Omnislash was the best looking animation but was the most powerful limit ever. Can you say Yunas special summon lol. All the summons had great intros lol-obviously not really.
My favorite one to watch is Yuffie's Bloodstorm or something(I cant remember the name). The one were she jumps all around her victim slashing them from all sides.

I haven't seen Tidus' last overdrive yet (I'm not that far into the game yet, only at his second). So without having seen that, I would say Squall's Lion Heart, also because you're never sure when he's going to perform it, always a big surprise (except in boss battles maybe).
