Your Favorite Final Fantasy Quote

A lot of enjoyment from Final Fantasy comes from its story. And story, is comprised of dialogue. Many times, this dialogue catches our attention, and some parts of it really get us to think, and get us to look further into the line and see its true meaning. These are what we call quotes. Final Fantasy is filled with quotes, and memorable quotes are what keeps Final Fantasy alive, and what keeps its stories alive as well.

I also like the quote that we had in one of our media updates, it was about Lightning, it can never protect it only destroys, or something along those lines. That was from Lightning, FFXIII. 

Minwu-"All those who live must some day die. It is our fate."

Emporer- "You have braved the depths of Hell to reach me. But the hand of man, which deals in false justice and forsaken love, can never hope to defeat the lord master of Hell."

I got not one, but two memorable and favorite quotes

The first one is from FFV :

"I suppose I misjudged"
Casts Haste
"Fighting all four of you..."

"NOT! HA, I lied! Like a rug! Oh, I kill myself!"

Second one is from FFVI:

"General Leo, the Domans appear to be playing a waiting game"
"So they are using their favorite strategy..."
"General, we are ready to storm the castle as soon as you give the order..."
"Patience! If we attack now there would be too many unnecessary casualties"
"But, General! I`m prepared to lay down my life for the empire at any time!"
"You`re from Maranda, are you not?"
"Huh? I mean, yes, I am, but... why do you ask, sir?"
"You would have me go there and deliver the news of your passing to your family. What would I say when I handed them your sword? How could I even look at them? You are a human being before a soldier. Dont be so eager to throw away your life. Emperor Gestahl wouldnt want you to die for nothing."

The first quote is from Gilgameshes fight on the bridge, just shows you the hilarity of his mind, reminds me of Deadpool in a way. The second is from the attack on Doma Castle in FFVI. This conversation between Leo and a Maradian solider (which become injured and dies in Moblitz at the end) show how Leo`s heart is different than the rest of the imperials. That Leo is a man of justice and that he values the life of others just as much as his own. This is the start of what makes his chracther so epic. Too bad that he dies....
