what could we do to help the Union grow and to get more active posters here? i am open to any ideas you have to help the Union, so post your ides here.

Not sure, invities and telegrams from my experiences with leading unions doesn't really help all that much as it used to. Unless you make the union "fun".

I heard that telegrams aren't working, every time I do get a telegram from a union I usually get about 2 or 3 of the same thing.

They probably would if they get used once in a while. You never know. ;) It's been a long time since there was a telegram here. Some people forget about a certain union they're in.
