What's your most underrated flavor for ice cream?

I would say lemon or white chocolate for me. Probably lemon.

I like that flavor as well, can't think of other underrated ice cream flavors at the moment. I would say marble, but that flavor is still pretty well known.

I recently had this ice cream called Birthday Cake flavor or something like that. It was the first time I had heard of it,  and it was damn good.

I don't know how appreciated it is but all kinds of liquor are absolutely delicious in desserts. I don't drink, mainly because I don't like alcohol but when you put that stuff in food and desserts (including ice cream) it turns into one of my favorite ingredients.

And I don't believe I've seen anywhere here doing a white chocolate flavour, but I'm sure it'd be tasty since white chocolate is probably my fav kind of chocolate :P

I've had a white chocolate shake from Steak n Shake before and liked it, they only have it around Christmas season, though. I think white chocolate ice cream would be nice, too.
