Well what did everyone think of the episode?
I thought it was quite good myself and I enjoyed the references that were made.

Yet another mediocre Pinkie Pie episode. Especially disappointing since this is the last episode before the two-parter. The only good part was the old timey flashback with that griffon chef guy. Everything else ranged from unremarkable to just making me go .
5/10, my least favorite episode of the season after May the Best Pet Win.

Sounds like someone is being critical but I do see your point. I usually just look at the positive points of the episodes and derive what I think of it from that.
I enjoyed it. 8/10. The French Griffon was great.
I liked the Refrences it made too.
I thought it couldve done better though, maybe actual investigation and less wild accusation. Although the segments With pinkie pie speculating how she thought each baker did it were great. :P
I like seeing that they actually kept applejack true to her characther (Honesty) because often she just isn't... However this came with the cost of also making her even more non-existent in the episode.
... An I'm also hungry now... :P
Least favourite episode ever. The only thing that kept me watching is Pinkie's odd little animations and the sounds that played, as well as Twilight's normality. Surprised she didn't hit Pinkie through impatience.

I thought about closing out the tab a few times myself.
I dont get it. It was written by Amy Keating Rogers and I like all of the episodes she has written, Cutie Pox is a maybe.

IKR? A Dog and Pony Show and The Best Night Ever are some of my favorites in the show.
 Classic Pinkie Pie episodes, 9/10
I have to say none of the episodes will ever beat Lesson Zero.
Pinkie got some weird conclusion right there, for that griffon guy whatever his name is, Pinkie's story was the uh train thing forgot about it... not important. as for doughnut joe that's interesting 007 easter egg.
Princess Celestia drooled over the cake FTW!
Thought it was fairly decent, but probably not my particular favorite one either liked the previous ones better once again. Hopefully the remaining ones will be better. And pretty much all of them were accused of eating the deserts except for Applejack or Twilight. Does that make them both guilty. Or better idea it was Princess Celestia all along. Didn't seem like Applejack said too much in this episode either.
Really loved it.
Kind of hated the ending but then again, the ponies do have their own fair share of flaws just like us so....yeah. But still...Rainbow and Fluttershy are like my faves! WHY!?!?!?
Darn it...anyways, I guess I just figured this would be a really bad episode based on everyone here so I went in with low expectations and sincerely had a blast. Laughed a lot at all the jokes and just everything in general, even how cheesy and cliche all the other bakers were. Pinkie Pie and delicious desserts. A recepie, imo, for awesomeness.
Oh and now I'm hungry.
Confound these ponies...they drive me to eat sweets!
