Games Battle #1: Resistance 2 VS Halo 3

Hey there

Welcome to the first of many Game Battles. The rules are simple, 2 different games will be displayed, a few similar facts and details will be given about them and then it is up to you to decide which one is the best.

Resistance 2

Halo 3

Resistance 2: follows main protagonist, Nathan Hale as he travels to the United States to once again battle the Chimera. Unlike in Nathans last adventure, this time he is part of a special squad caled The Sentinels, who have the Chimera virus but are able to keep it in control via special inhibitors, therefore they can reap the benefits.

This game also features a massive multiplayer mode with many different options to choose from. This mode has two variations, both modes will track the players performance, which wll lead you to ganing experience and other benefits as well as recieveing a ranking.

It contains massive multiplayer battles, allowing up to 60 players on a map at a time. There are also a varied ammount of different types of matches you can play, such as the Death match or via download, the Meltdown.

Halo 3: follows it's own main protagonist, known as Master Chief. The story is set in the Interstellar war during the 26th century of humanity. Master Chief is a cybernetically enchanced super soldier and he wages war in the defence of humanity a long with The Marines and an allied alien race known as The Elites.

This game also features it's own multiplayer mode, with an 8 VS 8 team mode or a simple 1 VS 1, allowing up to 16 players on a map at one time, although it's not as may as Resistance 2, Halo 3 has it's own benfits online. Halo 3's online multiplayer allows you to customize your own rules and your own maps, allowing you to have lots of fun creating your ideal match.

This multiplayer often focuses on 2 modes, Death match (known as Slayer) or capture the flag, but you can also have a combination of both.

Halo 3 also has a ranking system, this allows you to battle players of your own skill level via the matchmaking system, therefore allowing challenging matches if that is what you seek.

Well I dont have any of those games, but the reason why I voted for Halo 3 was because I got intrested in this particular description.

Lol, i voted for Resistance 2, It's way more fun for me, Online is kick ass and it never gets old, They update almost rarly, But it's still a good game, they brought back some thing online, like in R1.

Halo 3, Single player is ok, I wasn't Intrested in the series, Wasn't that Good of a online, Full of noobs, Little kids annoy the Crap out of me. In the end it's a Good game, But just the community of little 9 year old are very annoying.
