He's weaker than Thor, Hulk, and Iron Man(with the suit on), but I think its safe to say he's stronger than black widow, hawkeye, and some other heroes that were no in the movie.

He was able to absorb Thor's attack pretty easily when they were fighting in the woods.

Hawkeye, Black Widow are just heroes... at least that's what I feel.

But he took a thor to his shield :o

Iron man got knocked back by the hits, but Cap'n was able to take it.

And captain america is strong compared to alot of superheroes. Its just that the superheros in that movie were just stronger(I think he could've taken iron man if it weren't for lasers and flight).

And black widow I don't think is a superhero, but I'm pretty sure hawkeye is.

I haven't read any of his comic books, but in movie Hawkeye looked like a normal human with some special bow and arrow.
