Definitely Isshin - he seems like the type that wants to attract attention to himself; although, he would probably be very loud and scare little children. :P
Well you've got to rememeber that Unohana ends up being Mrs. Claus...Soo...Actually kinda fits for Ukitake since the Christmas spirit combos well enough.
