Well, I just have one questions. Are the ranks based on points alone or the contributions to the union itself (such as updating, designing etc.)? 

Ranks deals with your job. How active you are. And if you are original or noble. IF you notice. Original are first then comes regulars or nobles.

You do your job every day and being active like me, you go up in ranks.

How do you be original or is it impossible unless all them vanish?

Correct. Unless all of them vanish.

If about 4 originals sudden drop, half of the captains below the originals become a high rank captain. But you have to earn it. And besides.

That spot. That number 1, 2, 3, and 4 spot.

It's going be impossible to replace.

I'd say that can be arranged by klilling you all but I wouldn't kill Jen, Gaby, Lai, Nica, and why bother with the other 3 if I'd have to kill 4? (I don't count Kisuke since your him and Byakuya, which reminds me if you could be those two why'd I have to give up Rangiku-chan? And whys this thing seem off? I'm tired, bored and its almost midnight and questions are just hitting me right now)

Would it be bad if Soi, Euca, You, Yama, and Nica all suddenly vanished? What would we do then? We should have a purely question concerning all union issues so things never think would happen are asked and we think of it and prepare? What would happen if one them vanished forever???
