Gotei 13 Union Official Shirt Design

Ok. I got an idea and help from you all to create official Gotei 13 Union's shirt. It would be awesome us wearing it and respresting to the world who we are. (if the others want to know but I want to wear to respresent the union Nightmare, others, and myself build until this day.) So. What do you want on the front of the shirt, back, etc. etc. Put your ideas when you post and if you like some other suggestion, please say so. 

I was thinking this. 

Front - Team Insanity

Back - Gotei 13 Union on the top then a baseball number under it like me 6 or 14.  At the bottom of the shirt, the link of the Gotei 13 Union website.

Well it would help to have different styles of t-shirts. Myself I don't like wearing a shirt that goes down to my knees. So either a neutral color or two different sytles of shirts. One for the guys and one for the girls. What sort of material should the shirt be made of? Maybe on the back of the shirt you could have a graphic design that someone here would make. Or some of the memorable quotes, or a list of the topics that we all post about here.

This idea can be pretty sick, having our own shirts. Granted it has to be done right.

I messed around a bit with some ideas - I used a white mens t-shirt with black bands around the arms and neck to symbolize the Captain's robes. Just for fun I wrote the word "Gotei 13" across the top/back in fancy curved lettering.

Secondly, I put the Squad's logo on the back, followed by the words "Division Leader" in small font on the bottom/back.

All I came up with for the front was the Shinigami Logo on where a shirt's breast pocket would be.

I'm still kicking around designs/ideas...
