Greetings members of the Gotei 13 Union. As part of the Oscars, we are gathered here today to pay tribute to some of the great members who have come and gone and are still here today.

I shall first start off with the Charter members who are no longer here. Don't worry, they're not dead:P

The original Shunsui and a great friend of mine. He always seemed to be in a good mood and was one of the easiest people to get along with. He helped keep the union together, whenever he posted, everyone else seemed to follow suit.

jeyviolin-Loving Capt. Mom

It goes without saying jey was arguably the most caring and loving person this union ever had. Whenever someone had a problem, she was always willing to help no matter what it was. This is a person who was truly worthy of being called Captain Mom.

JohnMCena- The first Tuberclosis Man

It seems like every group or union has someone who strictly enforced the rules but never yelled or screamed at you. For me, John was that person, when he wasn't reminding someone of the rules, he was out laughing with that same person. What made him easy to hang out with was the fact that he treated everyone the same way, recruit or officer.

sfkm2- 2nd in Command Captain

He's obviously still here:lol: But being the only Charter member left means a lot of things. Seen the union evolve, watched as the union broke record after record, been through the ups and downs with the union. I could continue on but seeing what he's done for the union speaks for itself. Being a 2nd in Command for the union may not be easy, but he's always been able handle it

Of course, this wouldn't be a Hall of Fame without the Leader now would it?

Having founded the union, why wouldn't he be inducted? He's managed the union with enthusiam and an unbreakable calmness. Being someone who likes to have fun, you wouldn't think of him as Leader, but just one of the guys. He doesn't look down on anyone, but accepts people into the union with a warmness that you can't find anywhere else. So with the utmost gratitude. Thank you Yamamoto.

Think I'm done? Not quite, I haven't mentioned member of the Noble Clan yet.

Eucalypta AKA Capt. Catlday

Still an officer here today, Yoruichi is one of the most gifted designers I've ever met. Funny and unpredictable, she has a tendency to induce nosebleeds when it comes to showing off, just ask Ichigo:lol: But in all seriousness, she can also one of the most scariest people you'll ever meet when she gets angry. But mostly, she's a great friend and deserves to be here.

eliteguard91-Silent Scary Assassin

Also still a member here today and one of a select group of officers who have been through the ups and downs of the union. She can be the scariest person when enforcing rules, but is also one of the most friendliest people you'll ever meet. Seeing her and Urahara get at each other's throats is a funny sight to this day:lol:

The thread will stay open as long as the Oscars. After that, I'll make additional updates little by little, with that said, I'd like to welcome our guest, Kisuke Urahara!

I like to induct my partner in crime friend, Komamura (Curtis1560). See that pic up there. That explains him. A tough true fighter. You bother him once, be expecting a bite on the butt. :lol: When I tell him an order that needs to be done, he will do it.Even if it so insane or chaotic. This captain is my student. A calm student that is learning my insane ways. I knew he be the right pick for the Gotei 13. I do not pick people without a reason. Another thing about Komamura is this. When I come up with something, he always follow it. A good example is a scene in the OT. Once I start it, he pick it up. That's how insane drama was born. All I can say is, THIS MAN RIGHT HERE! *cutting onions* is the perfect Komamura. I'm proud of the 7th Squad Original Captain.

I have one last thing to say.

I'm here today to inducted Legend. This is a true friend. We first met in the Ultimate League Union and after that was Naruto Academy Union. Finally, Old Man creates the Gotei 13 and we both join together. The beginnings of Gotei 13 were tough times but I know Legend was ready for anything. He help the union break a record, he help the union's storyline thread (good times), and other tough work. This guy would do anything to help out. Even though he was replace, he was still helping us out as you know who. Hehe. I didn't know until 2 years later. Anyway. Legend to me is like a brother. I had his back and he has mines.  When you see Legend, you see a Legendary Captain along with Old Man, Blacksnakemoan, Jey, Hollow, and me. 

I will say this.

Legend. We are getting old. :lol: I'm not talking about the years in Gotei 13. I mean the years in GS. We are getting old, pal. I got one thing to say to you. Do not retire. Our time here is not done. We have some unfinish business here in GS. You and the original captains know what I'm talking about.

I, sfkm2, inducted the one and only Legend AKA Sky in the Hall of Fame. Congrats. 

I am here today to induct someone who saved the union two years ago. Let it be known that SoulReaverAcross saved the Gotei 13 Union from former Capt. WakingZangetsu before it was completely destroyed. For that, she has earned a place in the Gotei 13 Hall of Fame. Thank you SoulReaverAcross.

Happy 3rd Anniversary Gotei 13 Union. Today I thought I'd help with the festivities by inducting two very deserving members(Or former) into our Hall of Fame. Without further ado, I present the Hall of Fame inductees of 2011.
NOTE-Urahara will induct the other two member of this years inductees.

Darkfox55-The Mad Scientist

No group is complete without a crazy person wanting to experiment on people. Darkfox AKA Mayuri Kurotsuchi fits that description perfectly. Until he became Captain, we went through alot of Mayuris, eventually thinking we'd never find a permanent or at the very least, someone who could hold the position for more than a month. Glad I was wrong, but I always did get the feeling he wanted to perform some type of experiment on me while I was Captain:P(JK)

SharinganZeroX-The Comedic Genius

What can I say about this guy? No doubt one of the funniest Captains we ever had:lol:He always had a joke for what seemed like any and all occasions, he's obviously no longer here for reasons I'm sure you all know about(No, he's not dead...I hope). As the union's first Tousen, he'd be able to tell you things about the union from a better point of view than me on a count of he joined earlier than me. So from me and all of the members of the union, congratulations Sharingan.:)

Now then, we have two more inductions. Kisuke Urahara will take care of them.

I will like to induct Dracon08. This former captain is out of control. :lol: Once he is out, there's no stopping him. He first was in Former Komamura's squad and then becomes the 2nd Captain Hitsugaya. I will tell the truth. Dracon08 wasn't a elite captain. Dracon08 was a "spy/mission" captain. Let's say he was the Gildarts of the Gotei 13 Union. He still is the Gildarts of the Gotei 13 Union even though he's not Captain. IF you need to laugh, go to his office. He will make you laugh. He got me laughing yesterday when I saw a pic of his avatar in another area. Talk about ownage. :lol: Dracon08 is one of those family members of the union you have to keep close incase of help. He jokes alot but he means business when it get serious.

I saw him in another union. He had the Gin avatar and sig. I check him out some more in the unon. Once I realize it, he act exactly like Gin. So I pick him up to become the 3rd Squad Captain. The beginning of the Gotei 13 Union, every captain had to pass a Captain test to become Captain. Nica pass the Captain with a good score. That didn't stop there. He went on ahead and took the the recruit test. He ace that too! He probably was bored I guess. Idk. :lol: Nica is still here after 3 years. He is still helping this union out. Especially the OT thread. He does know his anime/manga and his video games. So I'm glad he help out with those two threads in the union. Plus the DOTM contest.

Azaru32(Aizen Sousuke)-AKA Captain PWN

It takes alot to be Aizen, but the one thing you REALLY need to play him is one thing: An overinflated ego:lol:(JK:P) We know the man who plays Aizen goes by a new name these days, but even with a new account, he hasn't changed his ways a bit. This guy took Aizen by the horns and never looked back. He holds the distinction of being the union's longest tenured Aizen Sousuke and isn't shy about letting his intentions of world domination known:P Congrats Azaru, ya crazy old mad man:P

DevilVergil-The Former Kenpachi Zaraki

This picture describes DV perfectly: Ready for a fight:lol:No one played Zaraki better than DV, if anyone be they new or not showed up, the first thing he'd say to them was: LETS FIGHT:lol: But when he wasn't itchin for a fight, he was one of the coolest people to know, readily sharing his knowledge of anime and games to anyone who was interested. He's also one of three people who helped the union get 10,000 posts, setting a new record for a union that was fastest to 10,000 posts, and though he may not be here anymore(He's not dead:P), his legacy will certainly remain. Congrats DV.

Jing16-2nd Former Kenpachi Zaraki

Just recently retired, Jing holds the honor of being the union's longest tenured Zaraki and though he was more laid back than the person he succeeded(DV), he was always willing to threaten to kill somone if the need came up:P But the one thing that made him stand out was his own brand of off-beat random humor, you'd laughing at one of his statements and wonder why he said it at the same time:lol: So from the HOF Committee, congrats Jing.
