Ok what is happening, why is it happening, who does it involve, and how can it be rectified?

Allow me to clear this up...

I told WZ I prefer the old kom over him. He said something like whats your problem I said you cause I didn't like the way he was acting and said so. He got mad and argument began. I was getting really mad and yelled I need an attorney...at least 5 people stood up with me and helped me calm down. Being outnumbered, thing went crazy...Uki told him to calm down and he said something like **** no! so cursing began. He was really mad, as we've now seen, and started deleting everything. I still think he was mad at me and decided to punish you all cause he knew it hurts me more when my friends are hurt. He eliminated almost all the threads...anything important. I believe I have no right to say what I think of the actions he took here. All I know is this was a harsh blow for us all. missanimefan

Miss I thank you for doing that. Because I pefered Curtis over him too. I didnt like him at all and I know there where alot of other people that didnt like him either. So its not ur fault..and dont forget where here for ya no ones going to try to call you or anyone else in this Union like that or there will be punishment.

He was suspened for a day due to no evidence for permenant ban. His ban was merely long enough to be demoted I believe.

There is a difference from Banned and suspension.

Banned is permament and no return back. Suspension is not permament but makes a note in your moderation history at your profile. I know because I have one in my moderatrion history long time ago with one union. I will never make that mistake again.
