The Lieutenants' Lounge

Welcome to the reinstated Lieutenants' Lounge. This is our equivalent of the Captains' Quarters and the Soul Reaper Hangout. We can talk, discuss happenings in The Gotei 13, and debate any matters that we deem appropriate. However, we WILL NOT experience the same thing that got the last Lieutenants' Lounge moderated. Here are the rules:

1. Follow the terms of service as expected when you signed up for Gamespot.

2. There WILL BE NO flaming/trolling/spamming or any other misconduct. We WILL be moderated if it happens AGAIN. I will be watching and any offense will be reported to your Captains. Don't let anything get out of hand.

3. Keep any inappropriate arguements and discussions out of here. If you have a problem with another Lieutenant or other member; take it somewhere else. Those involved will be reported to their corresponding Captain(s).

4. You are also expected to follow the rules of your Captains. Their rules are important as well.

4. Only Lieutenants can post here. No other recruits may post; those who do will have their post(s) deleted and will be warned. Subsequent offenses will be reported to their corresponding Captain.

5. The only exception to Rule 4 is that Captains may post to check up on us or notify us of anything. That is their choice. If they choose not to then they choose not to.

6. We are Lieutenants. We are just as liable as the next person, and as such no one is more important than another. Get along and act as you would in any other thread and any other union. Set a good example.

7. Keep OT appropriate. We can post OT but that will be monitored.

*Grown-up Yachiru smiles* Thank you Fuku-taicho Zangetsu. The only idea I have so far is that since I won't be on all the time, I will need someone to watch over things here when I'm gone. As such I will not be here Thursday and for a hopefully short peroid afterwards. *Sighs* My brother wants my uncle to install a new video cartridge in the PC with Internet, so I won't be on. My activity will also suffer because he wants this done. He doesn't care that I have duties here that are important. I need someone to keep tabs on this while I'm regretfully and unwillingly offline. *Grim expression*

Yes, if you would be so kind, Lotus. Nothing is perfect, and I want to make you all happy. So if you have a problem with anything; don't hesitate to tell me and we'll all discuss it. If I'm not around, bring it up to Zangetsu or one of the Captains if you want. I'm going to listen and I'm going to try. I can't make promises I may not be able to keep.

This is more for you guys than it is for me. I would've brought this up even had I not been a Lieutenant. I don't care if it helps my good standing or if it gets me a Captain's place in the future or gains any favor. It's just because I wanted to do it.

Which makes me ask: Is there something that you don't like about the thread, Lotus? Cuz I'm right here and willing to listen and discuss it. I won't be mad or upset with you for giving your opinion. Tell me and I'll try to work it out.
