Shinigami Academy Changing!?!?!?!?!?

For those who want to know why the Shinigami Academy is changing? It's because the way of entering in a squad change. So to make it easier for the Round 3 shinigami recruits. After Draft Round #2. A new thread will show up of the day that the draft ends. There's only probably 4 or 5 simple things you have to do to pass this part of this test or should I say tough exam. Pretty simple but hard work. Anyway. Also. The Shinigami Academy will be in the thread title name but it's going have another name beside it. *twisted* This idea was created by the Original Tousen. Thank him for this idea. *salutes*

Now. Let's begin the 8th Arc, The Return of the Mafia Princess.

To enter a contest, you must enter a squad. Meaning. Sign up, take test or exam, draft in. Enter in a contest with no problem.

 We need to get the rest of the recruits here...looks like it is pretty empty at the moment.

Jing was not a captain back then when Captain Gin and I had nobody active in our squad. During those times. Jing was Ikkaku. Jing didn't become Captain until like Miss said when she join. The 3rd Arc. That's two arcs where Jing had no active captain or barely a active captain.

He's another example. He had only one recruit and that's it. Didn't care. Still working hard for his squad. The squad from 2nd Arc- Mid 3rd Arc.
