The War of Powers (Sign Up, Rules, & New Gameplay)

Directions: There are 3 Team Captains. (shown above) If you want to join this battle, you have to join a team along with a character you want to play as. There are no limit when come to character unless the Captain want to use his/her character. Same goes for Vizards, Espadas, and characters that being played by a member (ex: Curtis1560 - Isshin). What that all means is, you have to ask permission. Other than that, I don't care if Seker is a Espada, Vizard, or whatever. When comes to this event, everything will happen in a big rush. 

Also. I would like that each team captain should have either 5 members or 6 members. IF that captain reach that number before others, then the captains/recruit can not join that Team Captain. She or He will have to pick another captain. UNLESS, there are more members wanting to play in this event. 

I would like Old Man to post the cards after 2nd post (Rules/Gameplay). I want everyone to look at the cards because this is going to be the last time for editing. After that, we have to start the event. No whinning or crying during the event. I'm giving everyone time until the 24th. After that, start the battle. 

Couple rules. If you join, must be active. If you are not active, you will be replace. If something comes up, please let the Team Captains know.

I will start with the rules and then the New Gameplay for this event. 

Rules:

No cheating! 

Follow GS TOS Rules 

40 HP (MAX= 40) 

Heals 5

Finals 5 

Turn Base StyIe. (Nightmare then Daorack then sfkm2 or whatever. Just make sure you follow it or your action will be invalid) 

Transformations = -1 when you release 

Everyone should know the transformation HP marks. If you don't, here they are. 

Shinigami - 33 HP
Espada - 30 HP
Vizard/Humans or Quincy (Chad, Orihime, Uryu) - 27 HP

HERE COMES A NEW GAMEPLAY!!!!! :shock: 

The New Gameplay. Here it is. 

Each player will have effects. So that's the third card to add in the mix. Everyone has an effect card. There are hmmm 4 types of Effects. 

Healing

Power (BIG Attack) 

Support (Power up or lending hand for the team)  

Spell (Good example for this is the ending of Szayel vs Mayuri) 

I need to give a name for this effect card. Uhhh let's see.  "The Soul Power" There you go. That's the effect cards title. 

There is more to this new gameplay. Each team has 3 Soul Team Combo! Use it wisely. Only worth 3 DMG.
