I like both the three dimensional and two dimensional Legend of Zelda games. They are all well done and contain hours of gameplay. In general, I believe the third dimension gives gameplay more potential. The game must be done well all around or that third dimension does nothing except make it look good. There are a lot of great two dimensional games out there.
This one is tough for me... 3-D games make the world that much more real, but I grew up with 2-D games and unlike most people I can go from GCN to NES without even blinking at graphics. I really love the look of Minish Cap or the GCN's Four Swords Adventures, I also like the gameplay in 2-D. But there was nothing like playing OoT for the first time, it was so immersive. I'd say I'm down the middle with this.
