Do you mean the buttons on the top of the Union Home Page? Those buttons are just pictures that you can create with programs like Photoshop. They are posted much like users do with their sigs and they contain web links to the proper areas identified by the buttons. I am not sure exactly because it was our leader Nuck that created the buttons.
