I agree with Nuck about the Zelda bosses but I think the final dark samus fight in prime 2 was harder than prime. It took me 10 times to beat Dark Samsus and 2 times for Prime.
I also think Mega Man bosses are some of the hardest bosses ever in any game.
I think the reason they seem so easy is because everyone had worked out the system. You use the item you found in the temple to beat the boss so you never have to guess on which weapon to use.
I have to say the hardest boss ever (not Zelda game) has to be Metroid Prime.
Zelda games recently have become easy in the boss department ... hopefully this will change :D nuck44
yes metroid prime had awesome and hard bosses, the final boss, omega pirate ect..

i thought the final dark samus battle was easy compared to metroid prime the first time through both games
It took me a while to figure out how to beat Puppet Ganon in Wind Waker. But I think I enjoyed Gyorg in Majora's Mask the most out of all Zelda bosses. Pretty hard too.
Phantom Ganon in OOT was definatley the best Ganon fight. I think the hardest boss would have to be Blind The Magician ALTTP (when I was like 9 anyway).
Hardest boss from a Zelda game I can remember was back when I was 6 on the good old NES with the first Zelda. The fourth dungeon with the boss that has four plant heads and shoots fireballs at you and with each head you destroy the boss moves faster! That was definately the hardest one I remember, but the coolest one, hmm that's a really hard one. The final fight with Ganon in WW was really, really awesome, but that's only cause I've played it the most recently haha!
If were going by Zelda bosses its too hard to tell which ones differ in difficulty... In WW, MM and OOT I never died once too a boss, the bosses in Zelda games lack challenge and any real skill to beat them
I don't find any of the Zelda bosses very hard :( they should make them 10x harder or have difficulty levels which would also add some re playability.
The Zelda boss that was the most fun was the one were you get the last Pendent in LttP, that worm thing were you have to hit its tall, man that reminds me of the good ol' days :D
