Pretty much renders it as fake right there. The pictures on the back of the case also have the old version of the Twlight Realm and the article states that the game is coming out in March. Perhaps it was the case for a limited addition at one point but, it would seem probable that Nintendo would have changed it since then.

You know lil_angel, you could always import a copy from Japan. Of course, I'm not sure if they also use PAL and it might be difficult to understand being in Japanese and all.:P
It's pretty obvious despite the size difference.
