Least Favorite Zelda

AoL is one of the few LoZ games i haven't played, along with minish cap and...... I think that might be it.

For me my least favorites are the Oracles, and it's funny because I still those are okay games. It's not possible to HATE a Zelda game...besides the cd-i games that don't count like the author said.

I only played it for a few minutes, but AoL seemed to be the worst.

Of the ones I have actually put some time into, the original is the worst, followed by The Wind Waker. Ocarina is the best.

AoL all the way. I hate the sidescrolling and the whole leveling system

Adventure of Link and Minish Cap are the only two games I haven't played, so I can't include either. My least favorite, so far is Majora's Mask. That being said, I still really like the game. My favorite is A Link to the Past, followed by Ocarina of Time and Four Swords.

Well i'm gonna help break this trend of AoL and say Oracle of Seasons... i haven't really played AoL, so i'm not sure about it, but OoS was just kinda... blah... after playing Oracle of Ages, it seemed like i had already done all this, except there were 4 seasons now.irk_t_great

i dont have any least favorite, because i havent played AoL (the one that every1 dislikes).

By now i should say OoS, why i say this? Becuase thats the one that i dislike the most of all my zelda games. (but the game is really cool).

i just dont know which one to pick, they all go really near one from the other. (except AoL, i say this because what all of you had said)

zelda 2, it doesn't fit with the other zeldas, and frankly just sucks. maybe if I had played it on the NES it wouldn't be so bad, but I was only a couple years old when it came out originally.talon4001

I wasn't even born when it came out my self. (Or I don't believe so) But I have a gold edition of #2 on the NES, and I hate it. It is the worst RPG. If they were to remake it today with an over head view or 3-D I guarntee it would be pretty good. What made it so bad was being 2-D. Don't get me wrong I am a HUGE fan of 2-D sidescrollers but when you try to make an Action RPG out of it, it is horrible. That is something all game developers should keep in mind. Don't make 2-D Action RPGs. A lesson for us all. *bows head silently*

I'm referring to Sidescrolling, I should have made that more clear I guess. Cause I know there are plety of good 2-D RPGs. Hell! I own a lot of them!

I think that the third was called zelda's adventure, or quest, but I think that you played as zelda. I'm sure that there were three.

Link: The Faces of Evil

Zelda's Adventure

These are the only games in the Zelda series where you can play as Zelda.

This isn't really a tough one for me, I pick Major's Mask, I hated it before I found out about the time slowing song, but even with the song, the time limit sucked all the freedom out of the game. You couldn't explore, you just had to focus on one thing at a time. It just bugged me. It's the only main Zelda game other than the NES originals that I don't own. And even though I'm grew up in the NES era and love playing old-school games, I'm not a big fan of Zelda 1 or 2 either.alpha99

i didnt really have a problem with the time, i could do many quests in just 1 day. And i could finish 1 dungeon in less than a day.
