First of all, they did. He is the secret final boss if you link the games.

Secondly, I think the topic creator is a bit misinformed. In no way has Nintendo stated this will be the last game to feature Ganon. They just said that this would be the last Zelda of its kind and that can be interpreted in many ways. Besides, Ganon was killed in the first Zelda game ever made, yet he has made appearances in the Zelda games that followed. With concern with Vaati, we saw the end of him in FSA and there is a good chance that he is gone for good. The whole Four Sword thing was starting to get old and it did not deliver that same Zelda experience seen in Alttp or Oot anyway. Zelda is all about the single player adventure, although if Nintendo wants to, they will probably implement an even better multiplayer system then before.

First,Yes, Ganon appear as the final boss, and yes Oracle of season and Oracle of Ages, they both Rocked.

About taking out ganon, its doesn't sound logical. What does a Hero need to become one??? A nemesis, and that's what ganon is for link, Maybe in future Zelda games, ganon will have a minor paper in the game, or minor interacction with link, but he won't be away. Of course, there are games with out ganon (like the adventure of link, MM, the four sword, The minish cap) and they have been very good games, but lets face it, the coolest feelig of a Zelda game is when you finally beat ganon, that is priceless, jejeje
