Yup, now it's official :)

Welcome to the official Legend of Zelda Union E3 Discussion. Use this thread to discuss what we know will be the most stunning game at E3:). Just remember this topic is E3 LoZ and E3 LoZ only. This means if Nintendo shows a DS Zelda game for example, it gets posted here.:)

I'm so thankful that Link isn't a werewolf. That is so cliche. Turning into a wolf only in the Twilight area is a good idea.

EDIT: Is anyone else having difficulty with the trailers posted on the front page from Jeux France? Not only do they take forever to download, but whenever I try and play mine I can hear the audio, but the visual doesn't come up. Thus, I'm left with a black screen.

IMO the Wolf idea is really cool, Nintendo always cook up something new and controversial for every Zelda game and Twilight Princess is no different. I'm not really worried about whether or not it will be implemented properly as I have every confidence that Nintendo will pull it off, just like TWW.

My thoughts on the Wolf Transformation are :

In ALTTP, when Link enters the Dark World his shape resembles a Rabbit (without the Moon Pearl) perhaps this will be similar. I also firmly believe that Midna (the strange looking creature riding Wolf-Link) will be a playable character in the Twilight world..

didn't they say something about multi-player, I might be thinking about WW. but midna doesn't look very good although I trust nintendo not to mess up zelda.

I don't think Nintendo have announced any multi-player features for Twilight Princess, IMO Midna looks very cool, very interesting character design.

Am I right in saying we didn't see any speach by the characters? Isn't it time this was implemented? I mean, I love the text thing as much as the next man but I think speach should at least be available. Though not for Link of course.conorm

I think that voice acting would be a nice option, but to get good voice acting it can sometimes cost quite a bit.

In a recent interview on IGN, Aonuma said that Link and Wolf-Link are the only two characters you will be able to control. Of course, controliing Wolf-Link is pretty much the same as controlling Midna, seeing as Wolf-Link uses some of Midna's powers and Midna is, well, on top of him. To (loosely) quote Aonuma, 'They are one and the same' in reference to control.
