I really digged the Iron Knuckles in OOT, they were actually a tough enemy. I also like the Darknuts from WW. The Redead are just freaky (on the N64), so that makes them a cool enemy.
 The Iron Knuckle. Simply because they were one of the stronger enemies and you could not dispatch them in just a few hits. Hopefully, they will be in Tp.

Try wearing the Garo Ninja mask in MM and walk by a redead and see what happens. ;) Yep, they dance, same thing with the Captain's Hat and the Gibdo Mask. I think it makes them less hard to beat though. If they didn't do that in MM they would be really hard considering their locations in the Ancient Castle of Ikana.
Seriously though, the Wizzrobes in Wind Waker are nothing to sniff at, they were among the tougher enemies in my opinion. They are toughest in the Savage Labyrinth.
I didn't see any challenge in them. Block then shoot arrows. Simplemorbious17
Well, when there's one or two, they're easy, but when there are a bunch of them they're tough, especially when there are a bunch of other enemies mixed in like when fighting the Master Wizzrobe in the Wind Temple.
I really like the Kings Gaurd (I think thats what they're called) from MM in Ikana Castle ganondorf
That whole fight was pretty tricky at first. I hate it when the King takes off his head and bites you. I cannot find a way around that move, no matter how long I evade him.
