I say Link would win, because has all that cool weapons, he could just keep sniping out Wolf Link with the bow until he ran out of ammo, by then Wolf Link would probably be dead.
I'm not sure Link would win even though he's got the opposable thumbs and the manuvering to beat anything, and all the weapons... The wolf however, well he's got teeth, some claws, and most importantly, MIDNA!!!! She's just awesome.... ;)
