Call me crazy but they should make a game that is kind of a mix of Zelda and fable. Imagine it based on Ocarina of Time instead of jack or blades it would be Gannon. plus you could do anything you want as Link :idea:

Zelda in the Fable universe would be stupid, although Zelda as a open RPG with stat gains and ability gains might work, although the main Zelda series should stay as it is. Zelda RPG could be a spin off game like the Paper Mario games to the Mario series. I could see it working.
A Zelda/fable crossover would be stupid. Zelda is fine how it is and there is no need to change a fun series, remember when they tried to change zelda earlier? My point is Zelda is just fine how else would it get so many fans and sites?????????

evil link..... fighting with my hands.... kicking chickens....then they eat the flesh from my very bones...... and the legendary weapons....... and most importantly......... LINK WITH A ROSSBOW...er i mean.... LINK WITH A MACE!!!!!
It might be kind of fun to be able to play as an Evil link, of course there would be at leat 2 endings, good and evil, and good would be the canon ending.

What about Aol and also the cell shading that started with WW?:P Nintendo quickly went back to the 2d zelda style with Alttp after Aol and now Nintendo is going back to the 3d zelda style with Tp. Both changes hurt the Zelda series more then they helped, and Nintendo has had to go back to the original style afterwards.

I'm not sure how cell shading hurt the Legend of Zelda series greatly considering they are using the style for the Phanton Hourglass ;).
Back to the topic though a Zelda?Fable game, I wouldn't want one. Just my own preferance, I think it would be messing with the Zelda series a tad too much. Now, incorperating a few Fable-like weapons into Zelda would not be a bad idea IMHO :)

Zelda is 100 times better than Fable. Mixing Zelda with Fable like mixing a hot chick with a ugly dude, what you get is Micheal Jackson... I don't want no Michael Jackson game...
