both are really good, but what i really liked is the lighting of the second one (yes i noticed the reflections on the floor, simply amazing)BrunoBRS

Yeah the second one is gorgeous. :D  First one looks kinda funny for some reason.

I like the backround on first but the render..not so much..

I think I know what's wrong with the first one.  That guys hand is bigger than his face. :P  So it's just the render's fault.  Everything else is great.
