What do you guys think? I tried another way of blending, or at least an attempt on it :P and also tried for more depth

No kiding but with practice you should be able to master it. Good choice with the images. I like the effect on naruto but the background seems a little off. To me the green background seems to distrupt the flow of the image itself.
