Dont think i got all the "rust" away but..

The purple in the eyes is too saturated.

Replace the BG with an old paper texture.

The effects on her look like rust. I am not really fond of them.

Either make smaller the text or remove it.

her eyes are still purple like... something too purple. O.o

and remove the whole BG and replace it with it with this
