Oh that. That's just a brush that I made the mistake of putting a brush over another brush without putting them on seperate layers. Btw who's this ZF? Oh and for the record the name of the brushes is glow. Can't remember where I found them though.
Colours and blending need work your focal is slightly LQ and the c4d infront of her is offputting. Try using a graidient map to even out colours sharpen your focal and lose crop the left side off ImO.
