Straight: Probably one of the last times I tried to beat Super Mario 64 or Ocarina of Time; must've played somewhere around 8 hours straight.

Are you still into photography?

Although my major at my school is Digital Film/Video Production, I did just finish up with a Photography class I started in the spring. I learned a whole lot more about photography than in any class I had taken previously due to the fact that we had to use DSLR cameras like the pros use. I absolutely loved it, and my grades reinforced that feeling. There were only 1 or 2 assignments that I didn't get 100% on. :oops: I've been meaning to post a new blog with some photos and and other college-releated works, but just haven't gotten around to it yet.

How is school going for you?

Its still going good. I'm currently writing a short film that I will begin shooting in the fall. I've only got 2 years left until I have my degree, but in order to get it that fast, I'm still attending during the summer, so I don't get a break. :(

I like the heat much more than the cold, but I do agree that it could be more mild than it has been.

I'm looking forward to both New Super Mario Bros. 2 and New Super Mairo Bros. U, but as I have said before, the NSMB series is looking a lot samey now, and its like each games doesn't bring enough new aspects to make them completely worthwhile. I will still be buying them, though. :roll:

The setting alone is what caught my interest initially; playing a Mario adventure while away on a tropical island vacation. I also find the gameplay very fun as well. The game has become a tradiition and I play through it once every summer.

Once they introduced motion controls into the Mario Party series, I didn't like the new games that were made anymore. Only played 8 once and haven't tried 9 yet.

Are you one of those people who traditionally like the original movie better than its sequels?

It really just depends on the series. For example, I like Empire Strikes Back more than A New Hope, but I think the first Back to the Future is better than the sequels. Most of the time I prefer originals, however.

A short family/friends drama about a 18-20 year-old slacker of a guy, obsessed with 80's pop culture, who needs to figure out his direction in life at the possibility of losing his best friends.

It was mostly because the sooner I get through college, the less I have to pay in loan interest. Plus, the earlier I can break into the industry, the better.

I certainly don't read as much as I did in high school, but the book I'm currently reading is Writing Movies for Fun and Profit. I'm not really looking to be much of a screenwriter, but the book was recommended to me and I'm glad I picked it up. It's one hilarious read.
