Well basketball season is upon us and id figure we could talk a bit about it since most of us are college sports fans. Also dont forget to check out the College Hoops Union if you wanna talk more about it.

This thread is basically like the scoreboard thread but for basketball.

oh dont get all worked up about it guys, you know its gonna be a gator repeat year!!!! last night someone dropped a student ticket to the first game of the season v. samford and i was lucky enough to be able to get it. we have this weird computer system for basketball tickets that im fairly certain only operates in a logical fashion 50% of the time... anyway go GATORS!!!Steelers_86

Alabama is ranked #12 this year so I'm excited for basketball this year. I can't wait for January 9th, LSU at 'Bama, it's gonna be a good one. The SEC looks pretty strong this year, so I hope they can stay ranked and get a guaranteed tournament spot.

They have a great shot at a NC with Alando Tucker and Kammron Taylor on their team. They have an overall solid core of players including, Marcus Landry, Brian Butch, Greg Stiemsma, and Joe Krabbenhoft, three of guys coming off the bench.

Wisconsin is deep and expect them to compete with Ohio State for the Big Ten title.
