What's your favorite place in your area, or just any area you've visited, that you like to hang out at? Mine would probably be the University Mall Arena in a town that's 8 miles away from me.
I'm reposting this from the SCU for the purposes of this thread. This picture shows a small section of the arcade I hang out at every Sunday. In the centre of the picture are the Taiko no Tatsujin machines I haunt with my girlfriend whenever we're there too.

It makes me wish we actually had Arcades around where I live. There's this really big Arcade place further down my state that I've been to once before and I would like to go there again sometime.

I never really been interested in the more realistic racing games such as that. I stick to the more Arcade style, such as Need for Speed, Burnout, Ridge Racer and Mario Kart.

I just got Mario Kart 7 for my 3DS back in December. It's probably my favorite game in the series yet. I was actually thinking of playing that a bit more tonight.
Yeah, it's pretty good. Not much else to say. I haven't played it in quite a while though, even though I never finished the Career Mode. I'll have to go back to that someday.

Hmm. I'll have to put more thought into picking up Ridge Racer 7 then. Really love the drift mechanics in the series!
Yup, that's a safe one to pick. If you use special cars you have to get used to their unique drift types too. Not sure if you've ever used the Crinale and Angelus in these games... I greatly enjoy them, but I do a lot better with the Angelus than with the Crinale. The Crinale's still fun though!
