Do ya'll think the Reviewers like Kevin V absolutely HATE System Wars?

I been reading through topics on SW had Kevin-V has come in and been laying the smackdown and basically laughing at people for their crazy conspiracies and inaccurate information.

It got me thinking: does he absolutely (I imagine McShea would feel this way too) HATE the community of System Wars?

When he stops by in SW it's only to either A) Talk about/defend a review from the rabid animals and fanboys, or B) To punk out some poor fools.

McShea gets ripped to shreds wherever he goes, so that's a moot point. :P

There seems to be a strange sense of entitlement among certain gamers. I just don't get it.

if you see some of his comments on video reviews, you'd agree. i don't think he hates the community as much as he finds the ideology that some people follow on reviews extremely idiotic.

and then there's master shake making threads claiming kevin V is purposefully lowering reviews scores to "test" system wars, as if he was some kind of deity.

No one should take SW's seriously, so I don't think he hates it, he just accepts it's a ridiculous place.SaltyMeatballs

I'm pretty sure none of the reviewers care about the random whining and/or conspiracy theories that pop up on the forum in general. At least, I hope not.

Though I'm certain every once in a while, particularly when they come in to explain/defend their reviews, it's because they feel they didn't address it sufficiently in the review proper. Try as you might, even the most rational or logical of people can't resist the urge to answer to some baseless (often ludicrous) claim.

System Wars might have trash floating around, but it is still a great community pool for all sorts of differing opinions to interact. I was actually a bit surprised more boards like it didn't exist on other big name websites.

Nah, i'm sure he doesn't. When he decided to start reviewing i'm sure he expected lots of disagreement to happen in the future. If anything he seems to be more in touch with SW than other reviewers. At least he's got the courage to come on SW and defend his review.

Reviewers are surprisingly easy to troll. If I were him, I'd write the review and never comment on it ever again and act like it doesn't exist :PEponique
