help me PLEASE

i started playing RE% one morning and i had everything unlocked, like all guns achievements characters and SS all mercs stages . i tried to load my account and the game said that the DATA WAS DAMAGED and now i cant play my game at all!!!!! i cant load my game, cant play mercs. I can load my profile that has my xbox live account but notihing unlocked at all and I cant save any new progress......so anyone PLEASE HELP ME BEFORE I BUY CALL OF DUTY MODERN WAREFARE 2 FROM THE LACK OF ZOMBIES!!!!!!!

it sounds like corrupted data, if you turned the console off and then tried again and it still didnt work , then the save is corrupted
