OK, I'm not just disappointed here, I'm really aggravated at this. What was it, yesterday or the day before Sci-Fi showed Abyss. Now for reasons both unknown and unconscionable to me, they decided to show Frozen, which is the episode immediately PRIOR to Abyss! Why, WHY did you do this Sci-Fi??? WHYYYY???
Yeah, SPACE Channel, here in Canada, has a few "On the Next Stargate SG-1..." of season six mixed around EVERY time the line-up comes around. It's very annoying. Also, I didn't get to see season six until season seven was well underway, they just kept showing reruns of the first five seasons.
Well usually at sunday at 1am CBS aires episodes of stargate but all too often it ends up being an entirely different show or air it much later which is also frustrating but even more so for people who do not have satellite.
The Channel that airs Stargate here mixes up episodes all the friggin' time. As you might read in another post they showed Promethius Unbound After they finished Atlantis Season 1. I thought I was watching SG-1 season 9. Then I found out I was wrong. =( That's just one example though.
The reason they showed promethuis unbound during Atlantis was because when Ch7 was airing s8 of sg-1 they where not going to be airing Atlantis, so they skipped the episode because it linked to Atlantis...... Did that make sense lol??
well thankfully skyone doesnt mess p any of the reruns and they normally show it in order, we are currently only gettin one rerun a week but that ok beacuse we also get to see the new episodes

Your post made sense, and the way Ch7 did it made sense, I just wish they did it the way the creaters of the show did it.
i don't think sci-fi ever airs reruns in order. at least not that i have noticed. unless they are a two parter then they show them in order. they'll show the pilot then like the third or fourth episode after that.
I think the reason the SciFi channel doesn't play some of the episode in order sometimes. is because the first 4 seasons were from the Showtime channel.
i dont know if anyone else watches/watched andromeda, its usually bit boring, but the reason i could never get into it is cos sci fi never played any episodes in order so it was difficult to keep track of what was going on all the time.
the first two seasons were great it wasn't until they changed directors and made it all about the captain rather than his quest that it became boring. they tried to hercules in space instead of sticking to rodenberry's original story line.
I live in Canada, so its been hard to follow Atlantis, FOX is playing it, but it seems like they put it on when they have nothing else, its so annoying, but i'm pretty sure SPACE said they are premering Atlantis on the 22nd.
The first few seasons of Andromeda were great. Chris Judge and Shanks played characters on there a couple of times and now Lexa Doig is on SG1 and married to Shanks lol.
I dont mind watching BSG at all. Mainly i just enjoy watching the space battles and w/o then it would suck lol (of course w/o space battles there would be no show at all so i guess that doesnt matter much).
Ye thats the reason i asked in another thread whether the game was any good, i like the ships and its a "flying" game but im not sure if the plot will be rubbush and ruin it or not.
i am not sure on the plot at all, eg who are these silons (sp?) and whats happened to earth. as you can tell i havent been a regular i have just seen thefirst 2 episodes of the new season
is battlestar galactica can get a publisher then why cant the alliance, stargate is much better than bg has a greater fan base so surely the game sales will be higher, its just commun sense but mgm dont have that !!!
