I mean really, up untill about mid season seven she looked great... but uh, after that she kinda started looking old. Anyone else here notice this or just me?

Wha? Nooo...hey, I know you're not into Atlantis or anything, but I have an episode for you to watch: Grace Under Pressure. And while you're at it, check out Off the Grid from SG-1. Sam+Bra or Leather Bustier=yum!

She doesn't looks like she has aged that much from season 1 till now. But Jack sure has. Just look at his picture for DVD box to box.

Jack and Teal'c looks like they've aged the most. As for Sam she did also just have a kid which i would think take bit of a toll.

I think all of them look a bit older but Jack and Teal'c are the most noticeable, especially since they can put a lot of make up on Sam to make her look younger. The person I think who has changed the least is Daniel, besides his haircut, lol.

Well i think shanks has also changed alot since at the begining he was just a scared little sci and now he is using his P90 and is also looking quite a bit more beefy than he ever did in the begining.

Yeah, appearance wise Daniel (Michael Shanks) hasn't changed that much. However, character wise he has changed a lot. He has turned more into a military-scientist. He is sort of like a cool-geek. Since a lot of people in the show have referred to Daniel as a geek before he is a lot less "geekier" than all the other scientists.

Well...meh...yeah...She's gained a bit of weight, too, from having the baby, which does contribute to the aged look. I guarantee you'll have a new appreciation for her older, slightly heavier look when you see her in Off the Grid. She definitely seems to be aging gracefully.

she was...when the show started. she is still smokin' and i really liked her take charge attitude in s9 "the scourge". not that she isnt usually this way but i thought her dialog shined.

I think their are times when Amanda Tapping looks really bad on Stargate and times when she looks really good. I don't think she suits it when she cuts her hair REALLY short. Like the second half of season 4 (shudder) actually she looked bad pretty much for the entirty of season 4. At first her hair was really scragely and not really kept well then she butched it and looked like a man.

I think they wanted his hair like that in the beginning because of how Daniel looked in the movie. He probably got sick of it though and the people in charge of Stargate probably didn't care anymore.

I actually agree. She is starting to look more appealing, even though she IS getting older. I think the way she has her hair affects the way she looks a lot. Most people I talk to that like Stargate think Vala is way better, but I completely disagree.
