I didn't know reading reviews and such contributes.. He probably must have then. (And 19 was just a guess, it was just something around that, in the teens)
I always thought that the leveling up system was in direct relationship to the amount of time spent on the website, and not necessarily the activities and individual did.
i think it also depends on what you do on the site. if you download games or read reviews and watch videos i think you generally level up more than if you just posted

I'm not sure how it works either, when I started out about what, six or seven months ago I was leveling up a bit at a time just by browsing the site and stuff, updating my profile, etc. I went up 3% yesterday and all I did was check to see if anyone posted here. Since I found this awesome union my levels have skyrocketed, and about 3/4 of my hundred-odd posts have been on here.
i hardly read any reviews but i'm leveling up pretty quickly at least quicker than i was a month ago. i have gone up three levels in just one month. but congrats bbbourb
They also usually have some previews of games that look cool too. I dont really download anything from the site because im basic and there are faster places out there.
i try to avoid them as much as possible. it doesn't matter the speed. i usually till my frien jen gets the game i go over to her house play it a little and if i like then i buy it, or just borrow it then buy it.
i've never had aproblem with stuff crashing i just don't like dowloading when i have freinds who buy a game because of the title or genre and i can just borrow it to find out if i want to buy it or not.
Does that work with games like HL2? I guess if you have a connection then that is fine but i dont have many friends into comp gaming and i know my comp cant run games more graphicly than HL2.
Yeah you don't level up any faster. But you get some perks. Like being able to download anything you want. You get to download them from speical servers just for us. Thats all I can think of. GS is suppose to be giving more features for the complete guys, but I haven't heard anything about that in awhile.
I only occasionally get the ad that makes your hit the button to take you to the gamespot page or whatever. I dont get any pop ups or anything else really but for some ads on the main page so complete would be pretty much a waste.
