Yeah I agree about Bra'tac. I watched Lost City again a few days ago and I remembered how worried I was when I first saw the scene with Bra'tac. Ever since that episode I've always been worried that they would make Bra'tac get killed. So I'd probably have to pick Bra'tac too. I'm surprised you weren't shocked when Martouf died though, even though he wasn't like a HUGE character I was still totally not expecting it to happen and it made me sad. Even though I liked Narim too, I'd say that his death had the least impact on me. So in short I'd have to pick Bra'tac too.
Really, really tough choices there. I would have to go with either Bra'tac or Jacob, although I voted for Bra'tac. When he started cussing out Jack in The Serpent's Lair, I knew he'd be one of my favorite recurring characters. It's too bad he's tamed down some since the first season but he's still a great character. Sacrifices will be one of my favorite episodes simply because Bra'tac provided a combination of wisdom and comic relief through the whole thing.Â
Jacob was also one of my favorites, if only because he was the perfect straight man to O'Neill. He was also consistently "different" than the other members of the Tok'ra, in that he was always more pliable and understanding when it came to dealing with the Tauri.Â
I really like Jacob Carter too, I had a hard time choosing between Bra'tac, Jacob and Thor, but I'd probably put them in that order, Bra'tac, Jacob, Thor, Martouf, Narim.
I would actually put Bra'tac after Thor and Jacob. I never really liked his character much for some reason. I wish I could have heard more about what he did when he was first prime of Apophis though. That would be some interesting stuff.

Yeah, it was the one where Teal'c had been brain-washed but what I'm saying is that I wish there were more episodes that told us about his life in the past.

Yeah I agree it would be cool to see more of it. We could also learn more about the history of the Goa'uld, and see more of the original system lords.Â
